Our client are a global diversified organisation compiling a number of major companies which has no established themselves as a well-recognised main contractor in Ireland. They deliver end-to-end solutions in multiple business segments such as Engineering & Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Water, Energy and Financial Services.
Due to their continuous growth and success, they are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join one of their Dublin based teams working on a large mixed-use development project compiling of apartments and underground carpark.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager.
- Management of Site Engineers and Assistant Site Managers.
- Responsible for the project from tender stage through construction and handover.
- You will prepare the project, programme and risk management plans.
- Responsible for the flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners on the project.
Requirements Include:
- Ideally, the candidate will have a Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or similar or a very strong Trades background.
- Previous Main Contractor / Developer experience working on similar large-scale projects such as large mixed use developments / residential housing developments is preferable.
- Must have a proven track record of managing similar projects in Ireland or the UK.
- A strong team leader who can work under the own initiative but must be able to follow direction and guidance as well as be self-motivated.
