Vacancy: Senior Site Manager
Location: Guildford
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a successful housing developer on a permanent basis.

Our client is a nationally recognised house builder who pride themselves on their high quality homes. Our clients’ regional office, located near to Guildford has recently secured a 150 unit traditional build site.
This client specialises in anything from one- and two-bedroom homes to six bedroom detached houses, these schemes are usually between 100 – 400 unit sites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Senior Site Manager will have a range of roles and responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Managing & overseeing the site team on a day to day basis
- Managing the development of the site from beginning through to completion
- Controlling & implementing health, safety & environmental procedures
- Ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are all achieved
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs & liaising with sub-contractors
- Acting as a main point of contact to the site team as well as managing relationships with all stakeholders, consultants and service providers
