Site Manager – Apartment Complex (North Dublin)
3D Personnel requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a New Build Apartment Block development in the North Dublin area. The building Contractor has an excellent reputation within the industry. Our client has secured a strong order book for the coming 2 years and with a similar project starting in the near future. The developer are keen to add to their management team. A strong trades or engineering background is required, with the ability to work in a highly demanding environment essential. This opportunity is permanent with a highly competitive salary + vehicle.
Requirements:
Site Managers site pass
Proven track record in projects €10M+
Previous aparment build experience
Completion of at least one large commercial/mixed use development
RC Frame experience an advantage but not essential
Strong trades / Engineering background
Duties
Overall on site management of the project
Reporting to the director
Management of Sub - Contractors
Ordering Materials
Read drawing and make amendments
Dealing with issues on own initiative
Chair Site meetings
Liaise with the Architec
