Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP & CSA) - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

£95,000 - £110,000

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP & CSA) to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior commercial role on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of MEP and CSA packages
• Manage procurement, valuations and cost reporting
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Support and mentor QS team members
• Report commercial performance to project leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant QS experience with a main contractor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience across both MEP and CSA packages
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
