Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) - Data Centre Project | Dublin (DUB 40/41)

€105,000 - €120,000

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Dublin (DUB 40/41). This is a senior commercial role managing MEP packages on a major data centre project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of MEP packages
• Manage procurement, valuations and cost reporting
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Support and mentor QS team members
• Report commercial performance to project leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant QS experience with a main or M&E contractor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong MEP commercial experience
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
