An established and highly respected construction specialist is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse range of high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the UK.

The role is predominantly office-based, offering stability and structured working, with occasional visits to project sites as required.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project costs, budgets, and forecasts

  • Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts

  • Procurement and subcontractor management

  • Risk management and cost control

  • Supporting project teams with commercial insight and reporting

  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners

About You

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction

  • Strong knowledge of fit-out, refurbishment, or main contracting projects

  • Commercially astute with excellent cost management skills

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
