An established and highly respected construction specialist is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse range of high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the UK.
The role is predominantly office-based, offering stability and structured working, with occasional visits to project sites as required.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project costs, budgets, and forecasts
Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Procurement and subcontractor management
Risk management and cost control
Supporting project teams with commercial insight and reporting
Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction
Strong knowledge of fit-out, refurbishment, or main contracting projects
Commercially astute with excellent cost management skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
