Senior Qauntity Surveyor is required in the London area, on a freelance basis for our Client, who is one of the leading developers in the UK and Ireland. Looking for an experienced #2, working closely with a Commercial Manager, being part of a fantastic project and help the younger Surveyors to progress as and when. Good experience in closing out schemes, dealing with contracts, fundamentally saving and building a strong team. 841 units and commercial space on this project and over 15,000 units to do over the next 10 years, in and around the London area.
