Senior Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin
Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to join a large Irish main contractor to work on a commercial project located in North Dublin.
You will be working on a large school project , circa €14m+ value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years working on large scale construction projects such as retail, commercial, health care, data centres,etc.
- Hold main contractor background
- Minimum Degree qualification or higher
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Cost Planning and Estimating
- Procurement & tender evaluation
- Negotiation & preparation of contract documents
- Valuations
- Cost reporting
- Final accounts
- Contract administration
