Vacancy: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Maidenhead
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful and growing team. This role will be working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and the office is based in Maidenhead.

Experience required: Confident commercial management and the ability to value engineer subcontractor packages, whilst protecting the interests of the team and regional office. It’s likely that you have worked on residential projects previously, this would be a distinct advantage. Experienced in the use of COINS to administer payments would be beneficial, otherwise training can be provided. We will consider surveying experience from the building contracting sector. It is desirable that you have a relevant Surveying qualification, either an HND or degree or equivalent.
