We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Irish main contractor based in Galway, delivering a strong pipeline of building projects across the West of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects from tender to final account
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Mentor and support junior QS team members
• Report commercial performance to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant QS experience with a main contractor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience on commercial, residential or public sector projects
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Full driving licence
