Senior Quantity Surveyor | Head Office, Dublin - with travel to Europe

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Irish main contractor at their Dublin head office, working on projects across Europe including Belgium and Finland, with regular travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial side of projects from tender to final account
• Procure and manage subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts
• Report commercial performance to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant QS experience with a main contractor, ideally on international or advanced-technology projects
• QS experience with a main contractor
• Good knowledge of Irish forms of contract
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Full driving licence
