We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established Irish building and civil engineering contractor, leading the delivery of a significant building project in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Lead the project team, including site management, engineering and commercial staff
• Manage programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, design team and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control with the commercial team
• Report project performance and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Track record of delivering large residential, commercial or public sector building projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of BCAR and health & safety requirements
• Excellent leadership, client management and communication skills
• Full driving licence
