We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a new 15-storey, 200-unit apartment project in Sandyford, kicking off in the new year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project from mobilisation through to handover
- Manage the site team, subcontractors and design team
- Control programme, cost, quality and safety
- Report to senior management and client stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior PM on large residential projects
- High-rise or apartment experience preferred
- Strong leadership and commercial awareness
