Senior Planner (MEP) - Data Centre Project | Dublin (DUB 40/41)

€85,000 - €90,000

We are seeking a Senior Planner (MEP) to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Dublin (DUB 40/41). This is a key role leading MEP planning on a major data centre project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the MEP construction and commissioning programme
• Integrate subcontractor programmes and OFCI schedules
• Track progress and produce progress reports and look-aheads
• Identify delays and support recovery planning
• Present programme updates to project leadership and the client

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant planning experience on large construction projects
• Strong MEP planning experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
