My client is a main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior M&E manager to join there already experienced team.
Candidate will be working on a large shell and core project worth £50m in the London area.
As Senior M&E Manager you will be responsible for:
- Governing Subcontractor meetings
- Ensuring M&E installations are delivered to the clients specification.
- Developing external relationships
- Making sure site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible way.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Third level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent trade background
- SMSTS
- Experience on large residential or mixed use projects
- Good track record on large projects
Salary and package is negotiable with this Tier 1 contractor
