Position: Senior Engineer
Location: Cork
Salary: €60-70k + Package
3DPersonnel’s client is one of Irelands leading Residential developers with a number of large projects currently in the works in Ireland.
Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will work alongside the Site Manager to oversee the civils development side of a technically challenging project.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer / Site Agent / Sub Agent with ambition to progress to Project Manager level in time with responsibility for a number of projects in the Munster area.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the successful completion of all Civil works on the site.
- planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies health & safety policy on site.
- Preparing reports as required for contracts manager.
- Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies of health & safety policy on site.
- Pro - active approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Education / Experience:
- Educated with a degree in Civil Engineering.
- You must have over 6 years’ experience working on large scale Residential developments.
- Strong experience is required with site development and groundworks including excavation and RC retaining walls.
- Possess strong technical ability and management skills.
- You will have strong problem solving skills.
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €60-70k + market leading benefits package.
