Senior CSA Estimator - Data Centre Project | Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin

We are seeking a Senior CSA Estimator to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin. This is a senior role in the Estimating and Pre-Construction team pricing CSA packages for data centre projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CSA estimates and tender submissions for data centre projects
• Take off quantities and build up rates from first principles
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
• Work closely with design, planning and commercial teams
• Maintain cost data and benchmarks

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant CSA estimating experience with a main contractor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience pricing large, complex projects
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Experience with CostX or similar estimating software an advantage
