Our client is one of Ireland’s most prestigious contractors. They are now in the market for an experienced Building Services Manager with a strong MEP background to join their growing team based in the heart of Dublin City working on large scale Commercial and Residential projects.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a previous similar background within a well-recognised main contractor and will have proven experience in the MEP sectors with the ability to manage specialist subcontractors while reporting to the client.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaison with supervision and control of all contractors and suppliers.
- Meet programmed dates by active monitoring.
- Procurement Programming Drawing Production.
- Attend regular review meetings with professional team.
- Productivity control, measurement, and quality.
- Design review meetings.
- Production of methods statements risk analysis.
