3D Personnel are a busy recruitment agency based in Birmingham on the Hagley Road.

We specialise in providing operatives to the Construction Industry.

Internally we have a full time open position for an office administrator to join the team as soon as possible.

The working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Ideally you will have previous administration experience but we will consider applicants who have excellent IT skills (MS Office in particular) and very good communication, both written and verbal).

Main duties include but not limited to; Entering data on our intranet and company database.

Making and receiving telephone calls. Scanning / emailing and filling information accurately and securely.

As well as having good IT and communication skills, you will need to be organised and self motivated.
As in recruitment the best planned days can often change with little notice so being able to adapt and operate under pressure is a key skill set you would need to both succeed and flourish in this role.
