Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager in Letterkenny for a new store opening soon.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving store performance and profitability, and building a highly engaged team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting, developing, and building your team.
* Maintaining a strong customer focus, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and wants to return.
* Coaching and motivating employees in a positive and supportive environment.
* Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability.
* Creating inspiring, attractive, and sales-focused product displays.
* Achieving and exceeding store budget targets.

Package
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
Healthcare: VHI Plan upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Pension: 2.5%
Annual Leave: 20 days per year
Maternity / Paternity Leave: 50% pay for six months (following one year's service)
