What You'll Do:

Ensure Compliance: Maintain operational excellence and adherence to legal and company policies.

Support HR Processes: Collaborate on recruitment, training, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

What You Bring:
Proven management experience in retail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong people skills - recruitment, coaching, and employee evaluation experience.
Physical capability to perform work floor tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
