3D are currently hiring for a Trainee or Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Southampton Office. This position is to assist in the continued growth within our permanent & Freelance division.
As a Trainee Consultant you might not have first-hand experience within this field already, what we are looking for in a Trainee is a professional & highly motivated candidate that is willing to learn & adapt that wants to progress their career within recruitment & has an interest within construction. This candidate would be provided training from experienced Directors & Experienced Consultants that has expect market knowledge.
The role of a Trainee Consultant would include:
- CV searching through job boards & data base
- Screening candidates
- Generating new business leads / sales
- Advertising Jobs
- Formatting CV’s
- Reference taking for candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Candidate compliance
