We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a role with a groundworks company working on school build projects across the Home Counties area. The company turns over around £4-£5m a year and work on projects from Greater London to Oxford and Essex area's but don't operate in London city area.
They are looking for a candidate with a few years' experience who will be working directly under the Construction Director taking care of 2/3 live projects worth around £1m at any one time. Candidate will be responsible for live costings for each project and will eventually be responsible for full commercial lifecycle of the job. Looking for someone with good enabling works, concrete and groundworks experience.
Role will require travel to sites across the Home Counties and will thus need a candidate with a full licence and a car will be provided by the company. They are flexible with salary and package which will include laptop, phone and car. Will be based at the office in Ruislip with travel to the sites.
