We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with good residential experience for a role with one of the UK's leading main contractors.
Candidate will be working on a residential build project consisting of 56 high end units and there is a long pipeline of work in the area.
They want a candidate with good residential experience for this role and good experience in the UK market.
Will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and Senior QS and will be required to give monthly reports and must also have good client facing skills as well as being able to work effectively with sub-contractors on site.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
