Quantity Surveyor (CSA) - Data Centre Project | Dublin (DUB 40/41)

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Dublin (DUB 40/41). This is a key commercial role managing CSA packages on a major data centre project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CSA subcontract packages commercially
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports
• Manage variations and change control
• Procure and award CSA packages
• Support final account agreement

Skills & Qualifications

• QS experience with a main contractor on large projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong CSA commercial experience
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
