Quantity Surveyor

3D Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a reputable construction company based in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to join a growing team working on exciting construction projects.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
• Working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Must be hard working and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
