Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

£70,000 - £85,000

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key commercial role on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract packages commercially
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports
• Manage variations and change control
• Support procurement and package awards
• Support final account agreement

Skills & Qualifications

• QS experience with a main contractor on large projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
