Our internal client - 3D Specialist Contracting Limited are looking to employ their own in-house Accountant, working in their Dublin 9 office in a hands-on, varied role. If you enjoy autonomy, variety and being close to the action - this could be the perfect next step.

This is a fully office-based role - hybrid working is not an option.

Working Hours

• Based in the Dublin office (Dublin 9)
• Working 5 mornings per week
• Around 4-5 hours per day

The Role

You will take ownership of key financial and accounting functions, including:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Managing supplier invoices and processing supplier statements
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of year-end financial statements
• Liaising with external auditors
• Preparation of VAT, RCT and Payroll returns
• Consulting with Revenue Commissioners
• Maintenance of the asset register
• Assisting with additional administration and ad-hoc duties

What We're Looking For

You will be:

• A Finalist/Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with construction sector experience
• Comfortable with VAT, RCT and Payroll taxes
• Ideally familiar with Sage and Micropay (desirable, not essential)
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Flexible, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, ambitious and capable of working independently and as part of a team
