We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to join a well-established Irish building and civil engineering contractor, delivering a building project in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager, or a strong Site Manager / Senior Engineer ready to step up, to take ownership of project delivery with senior support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Lead and coordinate the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as a key point of contact for the client and design team
• Work closely with the commercial team on cost control and change management
• Prepare progress reports and attend client and design team meetings

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, or as a Site Manager / Senior Engineer ready to step up
• Main contractor background on residential, commercial or public sector building projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Good knowledge of programming, BCAR and health & safety requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full driving licence
