3D are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a prestigious housing scheme in South London. This contractor will provide 500 new homes to the local community, this will be mixed from sales, rental & affordable housing.
This high profile scheme will be a mixture of 12 / 19 / 21 storey apartment blocks & will run for over two & half years, this scheme is currently valued circa £90Million.
The ideal candidate would be located around Surrey / South London & has the capability to deliver schemes circa £80 Million, you would also have knowledge managing high rise buildings & experience with large RC Frame packages.
This role you would have worked for a either national developer or main contractor & held position as project Director / Contracts Manager / operations manager / Senior Project Manager.
