This client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a £30 Million student accommodation in Hampshire, this project will include several blocks these will be mixed between 3,4,7 storeys high with a RF frame structure & brick work for external. This project will run for over 18 months & requires an experienced manager with first-hand experience delivering similar sized schemes.
This client is looking to interview in the next month & looking to appoint the Project Manager before the summer, this project will commence in the next two / three months.
