3D are currently recruiting for a large main contractor with a regional office located in Hampshire, in recent weeks this contractor has secured several new projects across Hampshire & Surrey. This client requires a capable Project Manager with new build experience within Education or Care homes.
This project manager would fully lead either a £8 Million Care home or a £5.5 Million school, both projects will run for over a year & will commence in quarter two. The ideal candidate would be located around North Hampshire / Surrey & has either worked for a large national or medium sized contractor on similar sized schemes.
