Our client is a large UK contractor who specialize in high quality external works and hard landscaping, as well as highway and civil engineering projects.
They are looking for a Project Manager with good civil engineering experience to work on projects in the London Area.
Responsibilities:
- Able to provide accurate forecasts and execute projects in line with budget.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and works gangs effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver results
- Fluent with MS Excel and MS Projects
- Drive and the ability to engage with people
- Ability to report and present
- A flexible attitude to work
Qualifications/Experience:
- Undergrad degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Full understanding of current Health & Safety Legislation
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Experience in the UK construction sector
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
