We are looking for a qualified, experienced and professional Project Manager who has experience on new build and refurbishment projects worth £3m+. The successful Project Manager will be reporting to the Operations Director and will be responsible for project planning, implementation and control.
The Project Manager be overseeing project engineers, site managers/foremen and junior project managers on the project and will be implementation of day to day operational aspects, monitoring progress and taking action to deal with delays and problems. Must have experience writing reports, monitoring expenditure and cash flow projections for the project. Must have previous experience as a Project Manager.
Good new build and refurbishment experience are essential as well as good IT and Project Management experience. AutoCAD or Revit experience would be desirable.
Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience.
