Overview of the Project Manager:
I'm currently seeking a Project Manager. My client are ranked a top 10 consultancy in the UK, they work to create a sustainable future and inspiring projects and innovative solutions, setting extremely high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity, to be part of a dynamic organisation forever growing, Engineering and Consultancy sector in the UK and globally, working on more than 10,000 building projects each year.
To be successful you’ll need to have experience in Project Management in building and consultancy. Delivery projects from inception to completion ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets and QA procedures are all in place and maintained through the life of a project. Looking for a hungry, driven and technically proficient manager, you'll be responsible for managing the design process through design workshops and leading project meeting. HNC/HND in a Building/Civil Engineering or a degree would be key.
Your key duties as Project Manager:
✔ Use your experience of Project Management and to deliver the project on time and in budget.
✔ Ensuring quality at every stage of the project
✔ Monitor and control on material levels
✔ Co-ordinate,mManagement of sub-consultants as the project requires, typically this may be quantity surveyors, architects or specialist designer
