Project Manager | Tallaght, Dublin 24 (office + sites; hybrid possible)

€85,000 - €95,000

We are seeking a Project Manager to join an established civil engineering contractor, managing 4-5 active travel and public realm projects worth around €5m, from their Tallaght office with site visits. Hybrid working is possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical / engineering background with project management experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills
• Full driving licence
