Project Manager | Dublin outskirts (flexible)

€90,000 - €110,000

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a building and civil engineering contractor on projects on the outskirts of Dublin. Location is flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills
• Full driving licence
