We are seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established Irish main contractor, leading building projects based in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive safety, quality, cost and programme performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and reporting
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Experience on residential, commercial or public sector building projects
• Strong leadership, planning and client management skills
• Full driving licence
