Position: Project Engineer

Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 Basic Salary with Full Benefits Package

Location: Grange Castle Business Park

3D Personnel's client, one of Ireland's largest Tier One main contractors, are searching for an experienced Project Engineer to join a large-scale project in South West County Dublin

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 8yrs+ experience in total with 2yrs at a Sr / Project Engineering level, ideally in cleanroom construction or services heavy construction sites.
• Proven experience in managing internal fit-out projects.
• Strong ability to liaise with design teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with BCaR and QA/QC procedures.

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Supervising the engineering department on site and supporting the Project Manager with the day to day running of the project.
• Acting under the Project Manager as a technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors, concrete contractors etc.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Overseeing quality assurance / quality control and the implementation of the companies of health & safety policy on site;
• Preparing reports as required for senior site manager & project manager;
• Pro-active approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
