3D are working alongside a well recognised developer in the UK and Ireland. They've an enormous amount of work coming up with over 12,000 units to build over the next 10 years. Plans for the site envisage construction of up to 1,610 new homes, including three-storey townhouses, lower blocks of six to nine storeys and taller blocks of between 15 and 18 storeys. There would also be light industrial and commercial space and a two-form entry primary school. Which is why they're in the market for a Project Director to work closely with the Head of Construction to run this scheme through to 2025, with other projects to go onto in the future. Excellent person management skills, proficient in building high performing teams, ensuring that performance standards are maintained is what they're looking for.
