We are seeking a Project / Contracts Manager to join a specialist Irish contractor, covering two projects: a library in Edenderry, Co. Offaly and a barracks conversion in Longford.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects
• Lead and support Project and Site Managers
• Manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety across projects
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and design teams
• Drive quality standards and continuous improvement
• Report to the directors on project performance and risk

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant main contractor experience at Project or Contracts Manager level
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent leadership and client management skills
• Full driving licence
