The 3D Personnel Multi-Sector team are extremely pleased to be working alongside our client who provide a broad range of education and training services to thousands of students across Donegal.
They currently have a need to hire a competent Payroll Clerical Officer to join our temporary workforce and support their finance/payroll team.
The candidate will be expected to have working knowledge/experience of:
• Payroll processing ideally at a high volume level
• Operating a range of databases
• Cross referencing data across a range of files/sources/databases
• Processing Statutory information
• Inputting a range of data onto systems
Essential:
Have appropriate relevant experience which encompasses equivalent skills and expertise and ideally has obtained at least Grade D3 in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate Examination (higher, ordinary, applied or vocational programmes) or equivalent.
Highly Desirable:
Relevant recognised qualification(s) pertaining to the role.
