Job Title: Office Manager/PA
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £35-40,000 depending upon experience
Brief
Our client is an award winning construction development company who deliver major regeneration projects across the UK & Europe.
They are looking for an Office Manager/PA to work with the construction team to support the administrative and office management function.
Applicants are encouraged with recent experience working for a construction company.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
- High level of proficiency in IT applications,
- To deliver quality, accurate, timely and effective administration support to the Group senior team
- Manage Director’s diary in a proactive manner to ensure all required meetings are scheduled with meeting room and / or connection facility.
- Preparation of meeting agendas, attending team meetings and taking minutes, ensuring all actions from each meeting are followed up on and executed.
- Using Excel, PowerPoint, One Note as well as other IT systems.
- Book internal and external meeting rooms and catering as required. Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
- Provide a high level of administrative and operational support to the Director, his leads and the leadership team.
- Ensure and maintain a good level of communication across the team, and managing agendas for multiple team meetings.
