3D Personnel Ltd. launched a Multi-Sector division in early 2020 to offer a full end to end Recruitment service throughout the U.K. and Ireland. Traditionally known for supplying Professional and Technical, Trades and Labour and Operatives to the Construction sector. We now work across all sectors to cater for our clients ever-changing Recruitment needs.
Our client has engaged our services to help them hire an Ops Manager for their thriving hotel.
Responsible for the general day to day running of the hotel, reporting directly to the General Manager;
The role involves liaising with and overseeing all areas of the hotel on a day to day basis ensuring consistency in service, quality and professionalism, with emphasis on training and development;
This is a senior position in a busy hotel with the main focus being F&B, bedrooms and a strong tour business during the season. There is a small C&B business also.

You will be an already experienced and skilled Operations Manager/Deputy GM, or maybe an experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced HOD looking to move into a more senior position.
You should be able to demonstrate at least 2-3 years of relevant recent experience.
