Operations Manager
Principal Office - Donegal (with Offices in Dublin, and Remote Working Staff)
Salary Neg. DOE
Fulltime Permanent role

Our client are marketing specialists and are best placed to handle all of a firms marketing needs, whether that is a new website, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC) or client conversion, they have the right strategy to make any firm grow.
Due to ongoing and continued growth and development they now need a leader with demonstrable experience in operations management. They are seeking someone who can demonstrate leadership skills by motivating and managing teams to deliver performance on a consistent basis contributing clear measurable impact to the growth and success of the organisation.

Core Duties:
Contribute to strategic plans; developing & implementing effective and efficient business plans to deliver on strategy;
Set specific operational/effectiveness goals that align with the overall direction and business goals;
Accountable for the day-to-day BAU oversight of the organisation to ensure that work is progressed effectively & efficiently with a focus on engagement and experience;
Leverage business process improvement skills to drive and scale the business;
Lead and inspire colleagues in developing and documenting best practice in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:
You will ideally have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and a BSc or MSc in Business or relevant field.
You will be an experienced Operations Professional, having earned your stripes developing and building strong, cohesive and high performing teams that truly deliver and able to demonstrate you have the proven skills to co-ordinate and manage all those moving parts.
You will have excellent leadership and motivating and be adept at managing a team of professionals to deliver performance on a consistent basis contributing clear measurable impact to the growth and success of the organisation.
Seeking someone who is motivated, able to lead, collaborate and work as part of a team whilst being able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a great level of service to internal & external customers. You will have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
