OFCI Project Manager - Major Construction Project | Dublin

We are seeking an experienced OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) Project Manager for a major construction project in Dublin 15. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery, coordination, and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment, serving as the primary point of contact between the client, project stakeholders, and OFCI vendors - ensuring all technical, scheduling, and quality expectations are met throughout the lifecycle of the package.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical and process lead, interfacing with client-appointed vendors and escalating OFCI items with the client and relevant stakeholders to support project delivery
• Manage the OFCI team to ensure works are engineered, planned, and installed in accordance with project requirements
• Support engineering, programme, and commissioning requirements through liaison with key project stakeholders
• Ensure all vendor equipment is coordinated with construction requirements and the project programme
• Lead weekly meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and relevant stakeholders
• Report on OFCI package progress and escalate issues and risks for mitigation
• Mitigate contract disputes and provide oversight, guidance, and technical expertise
• Maintain client security and confidentiality at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience working with an M&E contractor
• Qualified Electrical Engineer or equivalent - essential
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in engineering systems and software
• Experience on large-scale construction projects - essential
