Non-Working Supervisor

3D Personnel are currently looking for Non-Working Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Supervising all civils and groundworks activities across the site
• Managing site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
• Monitoring progress and ensuring all work is carried out to specification and project deadlines
• Reading and interpreting drawings, RAMS, and project documentation
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site
• Planning and allocating labour, plant, and materials effectively
• Identifying and resolving site issues while reporting progress to the site management team
• Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is essential
• Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
• Previous experience as a Non-Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
