MEP Commercial Manager

3D Personnel are currently looking for a MEP Commercial Manager in Bishopsgate, Greater London.

A senior opportunity has arisen within a specialist MEP Quantity Surveying consultancy experiencing sustained, controlled growth across multiple sectors and regions.

This role will suit an experienced MEP Commercial Manager who wants to be part of a consultancy where commercial leadership is hands-on, respected, and closely aligned with project delivery, rather than purely corporate or remote from the work.

You will oversee the commercial performance of multiple projects, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in developing both people and processes as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall commercial responsibility for multiple MEP projects

• Setting and implementing commercial strategy across portfolios

• Managing commercial risk, change, claims, and contractual matters

• Leading key client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement

• Supporting business growth, team development, and mentoring

• Reviewing and challenging commercial reports and forecasts

• Significant experience in MEP commercial management

• Strong contractual, technical, and commercial expertise

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinker with a collaborative, delivery-focused approach
