Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client, an established Building Services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical installations across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and specialist construction projects throughout the South.

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical building services projects simultaneously.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

• Oversee project financial performance, quality and programme delivery.

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within Building Services.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, public health and mechanical installations.

• Excellent commercial awareness and client management skills.

• Ability to manage several projects concurrently.

• Full UK driving licence.
