Vacancy: Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: South County Dublin
Salary: €45K - €55K + package
3DPersonnel’s client, a Consulting Engineering company are seeking to employ a Mechanical Building Services Engineer for our South County Dublin office.
Requirements:
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills; hold a degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
In addition the candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience of designing mechanical services installations preferably in the healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors, hold a current full driving licence and have own transport.
Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates fulfilling the above requirements and who are working towards Chartership and or can demonstrate a working experience of BIM using Revit software within the relevant field.
Roles and requirements
- The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Building services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills
- Experience within mechanical installations associated with commercial office healthcare and educational facilities
- Successful candidate will have a detailed working knowledge of low energy design developed using building thermal modelling software techniques
